How do I place an Order?

Go to the "Login" screen and create an account. Once you create an account you can shop on the website and order products by clicking on the order button. Once you have made your selections go to the checkout screen. Your order total will be provided as well as giving you an opportunity to estimate the shipping costs. When you complete your order you will see a "Purchase Order" screen. Print a copy of this screen for your records and as your receipt. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your order. You will also receive an email from UPS with the tracking number for your shipment when the item is shipped.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You have to go through the Paddabazar customer service and ask them to cancel the order.We should be able to do it at this stage. Otherwise, you might be able to have your credit card issuer block the purchase, but that usually costs a fee and is probably not worth it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

How Do I Track My Order?

When creating a shipment, you can assign a reference like a purchase order number or customer number (up to 35 characters) to help track shipments without entering tracking numbers.
